Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Associate Product Manager to join our team. This role combines the strategic responsibilities of Product Management with a focus on  US healthcare enterprise accounts. The APM will act as the bridge between key stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient operations, and the delivery of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building relationships, and takes ownership of their work to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements based on organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on project scopes and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Manage client communication to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support decision-making and showcase results.

• Design and create workflow processes to optimize product functionality.
• Take ownership of building solutions, driving the development of innovative features.
• Act as an alpha and beta tester for product iterations, providing feedback for improvement.

• Document workflows, processes, and key learnings for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years.
• Skills: Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of independently figuring out solutions and tackling challenges. Comfortable taking initiative and willing to handle operational tasks without hesitation. 
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with workflow tools, data analytics platforms, and product testing processes.
• Accountability: A passion for delivering value and taking ownership.‍
• Adaptability: Ability to switch contexts based on priority in a dynamic environment.
